ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Our admissions process is created to provide you with sufficient information about Beyond Montessori’s program and to provide us with sufficient information about your family to ensure that the school's educational program is the optimal learning environment for your child. Here is the process:
- Submit the Application Form and Getting to Know You Form as well as a $75 non-refundable application fee to the Administration Office. Applications are accepted year round and are addressed in the order that we receive them. It is recommended that application be made by February 1 for first consideration of the following September enrollment, and in September for enrollment in January.
Students may also be enrolled mid-year if spaces are available.
Casa A – Pre-School Children must be 2.5 yrs and potty trained.
Casa B – JK / SK Children must be 3.8 yrs
- In January and February, the School Administrator will contact applicants to schedule your child's and parent’s visits to the school. (for September enrollment)

- In February, currently enrolled students and applicant siblings are offered enrollment contracts for the following school year.
- In March, remaining spaces will be offered to applicants who have participated in all aspects of the admissions process. You will be notified in writing of our enrollment decision.
- Wait List. When all spaces are filled, students will be placed on a wait list for openings. A completed application and application fee must be submitted to secure a place on the wait list.
The admission policy of Beyond Montessori gives equal consideration to all children.
Furthermore, Beyond Montessori makes every effort to promote diversity as a value in its curriculum and within its student body and staff. Beyond Montessori seeks diversity, believing that a child benefits from learning with children of various backgrounds, learning styles, and inherent abilities.
2008-2009 Tuition and Fees
After submitting your child’s Application Form and Getting to Know You Form as well as a $75 non-refundable application fee; those accepted for admission are required to pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of $300 which is applied toward tuition, along with their signed Admissions Form. Parents will be provided with the Admissions Form and other Required Forms upon child’s enrollment acceptance.
